This portal is designed to publish chapter schedules, programmes, announcements, resources and approved leadership details. Ordinary member records are not part of the public website.
Member registration collects your name, contact and guardian details, birthday day/month, study and residence information, baptism status, home church and ministry interests. Administrators review these submissions and match existing records without overwriting profiles. We retain consent and hashed network identifiers for registration administration and spam prevention. Joining the WhatsApp community opens WhatsApp, where your account is subject to its privacy settings.
Personal information used for fellowship administration is available only to authorised leaders according to their responsibilities. Date of birth, private contact details and private photographs are not displayed in the public portal.
Lesson discussions are public. Your display name, comments and replies can be read by anyone. Guests can post without an account, and their names are not verified. Avoid posting private personal information. Administrators can hide inappropriate contributions.
Discussion requests use a browser cookie and hashed visitor and network identifiers to limit spam and duplicate reports. These identifiers are not displayed publicly. Reports are available to administrators for moderation.
Only published resources are available to visitors. Unpublished or withdrawn documents are removed from public access.
